    I purchased a kobalt impact that said in the description that the battery was included, but when I received it the battery was not in the box. I contacted the seller and they owned up to the mistake but would not send the battery unless I paid an additional amount for it. They did give me a good price but I believe it should have been included since it was advertised to be. Don’t falsely advertise a product just to make a sale.

    Bad information in listing basically "Fraudulent" as advertised "Excellent Condition Newly Refurbished Working Unit"; received a "non-working" completely DOA Miner (All 3 Boards Fried), bad PSU, and Bad Fans; basically "A Brick". Wouldn't refund, no communication, improper return labels, and Ebay Fraud Department had to Resolve as I got "Scammed" DO NOT BUY from this Seller, read the "Negative Comments" BAD SELLER.

    I purchased this item on June 1 . Latest date of delivery was stated to be June 11, OK. When it had not arrived by June 12, I checked the tracking and found that it had not yet shipped contacted seller, they stated clerical error. I waited patiently and was not willing to wait any longer canceled sale and requested refund would not buy from this seller again. Unacceptable. Wait time and once contacted unacceptable response , I will shop elsewhere. Unsatisfactory experience.
