  I received the pad lock quickly and packed well. The description said it had its key but the key doesn’t open it. I messaged the seller and their response said they didn’t want to try to hard and break it. In truth the key did not work for them doesn’t open not belong to the lock and returns are not accepted. It was not expensive so it’s not a big loss but it is a loss. I’ll discard it as not useful.
