    This punch bowl set is 14 (2 missing as advertised) glass pieces in a custom box to protect the pieces for storage & transport. I specifically asked the seller if the set came in the original box, which was affirmed. Instead the seller repacked the items, discarded the original packaging, sending the flattened outer shell in the bottom of their repacking. As a result there isn’t a way to store & transport the set. Seller says the flattened box not actually used satisfies my pre-sale question.

    The original packaging was not part of the listing nor included in the photos. Hence "INCOMPLETE" as advertised. You message me before purchasing asking if I could include the original box--which I happened to have on hand but was not going to ship in because it would not protect the glass from breaking in transit. You did not ask me if I had additional "original packaging" beyond the basic brown box with UPC which I described. You should've asked for additional photos or clarified before buying
