    10/10. Isopod factory delivers an excellent service and product. I bought some Zebra and Clown isopods from them and the box they arrived in was in good condition. Everything looked great. All isopods were alive and well. They even included a cold pack at no extra cost, and gave me upgraded shipping (UPS costs more than USPS) for free to get it to me the week i ordered it rather than waiting until the following monday to ship them out. They are willing to communicate and respond quickly.

    Wow!! This is by far the best experience I've had buying isopods. This seller was communicative and helpful. All of my isopods arrived healthy and thriving! Incredible packaging and they included plenty of extra isos. I won't say my final count because I don't want others to expect that many but I will say, if you're trying to count them before you put them in your enclosure, dig through very carefully. I just kept finding more and more! Not a single DOA. I also really appreciate the care sheet!

    Wow! I just got my package and I am genuinely so happy. I've purchased isopods before whether that be at expos or online, and I can positively say that Isopod Factory LLC is the best seller that I have ever purchased from. The box had cute little panda king stickers on it, and a nice little note inside. The isopods were very secure so they wouldn't get thrown around in the box. Overall wonderful experience and I will most definitely be purchasing from this seller again!
