  This was an 'open box' item as advertised and shipped unassembled. All the parts were present and very easy to put together. Couldn't beat the price! It's very light duty, so time will tell how it holds up, but seems a more solid design than the 'cantilever' style carts in this price range. Very pleased with the seller- 2 thumbs up!
