  Price, shipping, packaging and communication all top notch. Upon inspection, I found the spool was broken. Contacted the seller who immediately issued a partial refund to help cover the cost of a replacement spool.   I requested that the listing be packaged safely when I purchased the listing. Although I feel it should be negative feedback as the seller has sold over a thousand of listings; the console I purchased was packaged with very minimal protection for the price paid for it. Disgustingly unacceptable. Luckily, it arrived without shipping damage & appears to be in the condition it was sold for. Just a warning that this seller unlikely would put care into packaging & protecting their listing shipments.
