  Less than 24 hours of receiving a notification that the product would be shipped with an estimated delivery time, I contacted the seller letting them know the mailing address was incorrect and provided the necessary information. Two days later they informed me it showed an estimated delivery date and a refund could not be provided. I checked with my daughter (the address it was mailed to) and she never received it either. Not very helpful or practicality for business.
