  Item arrived but it was the wrong battery and is! Contacted seller twice but had no reply. Finally they messaged after I was going to return it, basically saying after they receive it they would refund my money - that was it! No apologies just that. Threw it away, not returning it I’ll lose a couple of quid but hey ho I can order another from a more professional seller. Would not in any way shape or form recommend this seller. The pictured battery is not the battery I received so beware.

  Sent the wrong item. When I contacted seller he said they don’t have it in stock so sent me something else that was of no use. And said if I don’t want it send it back to them for a refund. Why advertise something you haven’t got or send something of no use. The right thing to do would have messaged me saying that they don’t have it then refund me. Will never use again they didn’t seem to be interested. Needed to be a certain angle for tv on the wall.
