A quick note to inform the seller produced a prompt reply, and without my specifically asking, offered to fully refund the purchase without question.   This was one of my favorite eBay transactions ever! The deadbolt was new in box with all parts present and accounted for. Installation was painless and I now have a great looking and functioning electronic deadbolt, at less than half the price I paid for one at the big box store. Seller is excellent!
