    I ordered an odd ball size tap and originally they sent the wrong one, but as soon as I messaged them they fixed it and got me to correct one quickly. I will be saving them and buying from them again as I need more taps and what not. I highly recommend them! Also it was well packaged both times. Definitely professional people that care.

    Quick response from seller shipping was as expected, packaging was good. Maybe it could’ve been boxed twice. A few tiles had chips, but I only actually needed half of what I ordered so it’s OK.     The Ashcroft transducer and diaphragm seal arrived very fast thanks to UPS (unlike the USPS packages that take weeks or more). The items were as described. It's going to be a few months before they are installed and tested, but on the surface they appear to be undamaged. The seller packaged these sensitive instruments carefully.
