    A positive so I don't have to hear some lame excuse. Packaged well, that's it. Product listing and what I received weren't the same. Didn't work as advertised. Tried to communicate with the seller, crickets. Advertised as free returns, asked for a mailing label, crickets. After several attempts to work it out with the seller, had to start a case to return and get a refund. He talks about his precious time, what about mine?
