Got a mousepad with an aproximate delivery for 10 days later, shipping label was created the next day but it was not shipped until the day it was suppose to be delivered. Contacted the them just to be told it was on the post office (the item was never taken there) and then ignored when I asked if the item was actually shipped. I understand it is the holidays and it is hectic, but be honest and tell me you forgot/didnt do it instead of excuses and ghost me.
