  It arrived packaged well, with charger and headphones that both work. The buttons all work and after downloading some music the sound is good too. There is very minimal wear and tear which is nice. I'm happy they include warranty in case it's age catches up to it lol. It's very pretty and a great size for traveling/on the go. If the world goes to hell and we lose wifi and streaming like Spotify I'll be happy that I invested in this cute little machine. Amazing so far, 10/10 plus quick shipping!

  Absolutely deplorable. Not only was the item defective and did not work at all, but even after I respectfully returned the item to the seller, they refused to issue a refund to me. People wonder why there is so much hostility in the world — it is because even when you try to be honest and integral, it is met with dishonesty and degenerate behavior. I'm sure the favor will be returned to the seller in the future.
