    I ordered a 5x4" patch and I received a 12" instead. I contacted the seller to address this issue on Jan 16th and he said that I would receive the correct size over mail. I was patient and waited 1 week, but nothing , I contacted the seller to ask him about an update, he sent me the original tracking number for the wrong size and told me to have a good day. I’m a very patient customer and remained respectful, now I’m stuck with something that I can’t use.
