Contacted seller and they stayed in touch on a daily basis and sent out another box. Ended up only waiting 2 days extra than was original date to receive. Overall a positive experience.

    I was impressed by the delivery time. The package was shipped via FEDEX. When I received it, it had been relabeled and repackaged by FEDEX. After opening the box the motor was inside with all of the original packaging that was destroyed due to poor original shipping packaging. The motor was not damaged and was installed and is functioning as intended. I recommend packaging a 30# part in a better manner than this was originally shipped.
