    Everything was what was said it was. Shipping was 3 days shorter than expected only problem 1 box with all timing chain parts was missing. Contacted seller and they stayed in touch on a daily basis and sent out another box. Ended up only waiting 2 days extra than was original date to receive. Overall a positive experience.

    I was impressed by the delivery time. The package was shipped via FEDEX. When I received it, it had been relabeled and repackaged by FEDEX. After opening the box the motor was inside with all of the original packaging that was destroyed due to poor original shipping packaging. The motor was not damaged and was installed and is functioning as intended. I recommend packaging a 30# part in a better manner than this was originally shipped.

    We ordered an oil pan from Ford directly but they sent us the original oil pan that would just leak again. They would not send us the updated pan. We turned to Ebay because they always have what we are looking for. This time they came through with not only the correct oil pan but at a significant savings. That made us happy as well as our customer. We have used this vendor more that once with excellent success.
