  The item was advertised as new - and it came in an unsealed bag and was scratched and marked. The item was advertised as metal - and the one sent was made of plastic. The seller was sent 3 emails asking for a response but no answer received. I later found another Ebay seller has the same item up for sale at the same price but this is advertised as plastic and metal - which is correct. Not all metal like this seller. I wanted an all metal one which is why I bought it only to find it was plastic
