    seller did not show ACTUAL pictures of the item. Item was marked as “open box” “excellent- refurbished” what i got was an item that had a dent and scratches. I was hoping this was true to what was described in the listing as i planned to give this item as a gift. To add on to this , the price of most items from this seller are highly marked up. Seller did message back which is a plus but did not want to work with me in receiving a discount at least for the inconvenience.

    buyer demanded free shipping to Guam. then he demanded a partial refund. the item was clearly listed in refurbished category, condition note clearly show minor scuffs and marks as do the pictures. refused to send back but wanted a discount. “Used.
