  This company has great product and fast response. I made a mistake in my order of ink, opened product and failed to install it. I asked them if they would accept the unopened portion of my order for a partial return / refund. Instead they refunded the whole order without asking for the balance of the unopened product to be returned. I was happy to accept the loss as it was my error, yet they refunded it all! Their return policy for my situation was better than COSTCO's. SIX STARS!
