Avendo necessità di avere un colore preciso ho chiesto spiegazioni che mi sono state date in tempi ristretti, la merce corrisponde alla descrizione. Comunicazione del tutto assente così come la tracciabilità del pacco. La merce sarebbe dovuta arrivare tra il 17 e il 22 aprile, è arrivata il 24, non accetto scuse per il periodo pasquale o scarica barile al corriere, com'è possibile garantire l'arrivo del pacco al 17/04 se spedisci il 17/04?

Acquisto da voi da anni, prezzo e prodotto sempre top, ma come già fatto notare in modo costruttivo, le tempistiche di spedizione sono diventate bibliche (una volta il prodotto arrivava in 2-3 gg); avrete anche abituato bene il Cliente, ma pagato il 2, operativi il 3, il pacco arrivato il 10.
