  Ordered this item 9 days ago. It states it has shipped but there is no tracking info. So it actually hasn’t shipped at all. Have asked seller why item has not shipped 2x and get zero answer. Do not expect communication from this person, they don’t care. Have put in a formal complaint to cancel order and be refunded. Waiting.
