    The quality and appearance of the sign was absolutely amazing! It came very well packaged and in good condition. Shipping did take a little longer than expected, HOWEVER when I contacted the seller they were very polite and explained why. I was very happy with how quick and polite they were! No complaints here!     A+ on this seller for the product, price, packaging, and communication. If you were thinking about the GULF sign, GET IT! Check out the awesome packaging. Tracking said it would arrive in the U.S. in about a month, but it actually only took two weeks. Great communication from seller, even follow up after the sale. The neon is as bright as you hope it would be. Although my camera didn't pick it up, the Gulf letters and outline are the correct shade of blue; half circles are white and orange. :)

    Great customer service! Ordered a sign for the holidays, but the first sign unfortunately showed up damaged. Immediately sent a message and got a quick response saying that they would rectify the issue. New sign showed up in some extra secure packaging to ensure the safety of the piece, and it’s BEAUTIFUL!     I ordered and received this sign it’s real nice. It was extremely well packed for shipping but I managed to break part of it unpacking it…my fault. I contacted them to see what could be done to get it fixed. They asked for some pictures after they received them.they graciously sent me replacement, easily installed part to fix it at no further cost to me. This company is 5 star all the way. They followed up to make sure all was well. I highly recommend them. Definitely 5 stars!!
