    Seller has surprisingly good service. Item arrived in new packaging but one of the shoulder straps had a defect (probably from the manufacturer). After I returned the item and the seller inspected it, they sent a replacement and gave me a refund. The seller apologized and was pleasant throughout. It is refreshing for a seller to care this much. I am very pleased with this seller.
