  I received the wrong item its in the same brand but I spoke to the seller he told me to open the package because sometimes they misplace the right item in the wrong box.I did and I took pictures and it still wasn't what I was supposed to have gotten. The seller offered me 20% off and I refused offer because I don't want the product. I want what I purchased or a full refund.

  The condition of the item wasn't in good shape. The packaging wasn't damaged but a piece of the accessories was damaged and the strap for his head was broke which made his top half flop back and forth. I was in communication with the seller and he did partially refunded me for it and apologized. He did feel bad for it as well. The value does get lower because of it. The appearance is okay. The quality is alright.

  Do not purchase from this seller! I gave my address and they dropped the parcel off at the wrong location. They showed me pictures of someone else’s house!! Clearly they screwed up, but have not issued a refund and keep telling me to contact ‘Logistics,’ whatever that is. They use some Chinese delivery company I’ve never heard of. I wish I noticed the item was coming from China! I would NOT have purchased. Buyer beware.
