  We receive the return item and it is 12V 2A power supply it is correct item to send. Please check your old power supply voltage or send us picture to confirm the voltage before purchase next time. Some security camera is using 1A or 0.75A instead of 2A. Or you need to replace the Split 2 output cable. Don't remove this feedback. I want people know what happen.
