  The product is as advertised to me it looks like a nice new as advertised DRO. Have not used it yet still installing. Seems to be exactly what I needed. I am happy with the product and the price. Dealing with the people at industry2021 was a good experience, they were right on the mark getting back to me on questions and information.the only thing I had a problem with was the length of time it took to ship. And the updates were few and far between. I did finally get my packages and no damage.

  Appearance was not good , item was dirty and scratched in several places mine is in better condition. I excepted a new canister but it is definitely not new. Shipping was acceptable but slow. I’ve tried to contact seller when I saw the condition of this item , however the sale was taken off the eBay page. I feel that the seller should give me a discount because of stated reasons.
