Seller doesn't communicate well at all would be my only complaint. But anyways I purchased a 8 year old juniper bonsai and will say it was shipped and packed well. And as described , I guess if your looking for a bonsai this seems to be a legit seller

The item came in well packaged. But I’m gonna say shipping was pretty harsh on my tree they broke the pot. Seller did communicate with over this.
Offered a refund for new tree. I decided I had other plans.
I will say this seller’s products are 100% worth your time & investment.

That’s not the case with this seller.
I read the fine print that he’s trying to claim states differently, come on.
He also is holding & not refunding
$229.95 from a buy now claiming false shipping. It’s a nightmare.

THE BUYER DID NOT READ THE INFORMATION. WE STATES WE HAVE 34 IN STOCK AND THEY WILL LOOK LIKE WHAT YOU SEE. BUYER DOES NOT LIKE THE TREE. FINE. IT WAS LARGER AND OLDER. NO CONCERNS, BUT IF YOU BUY A TREE ON LINE YOU SHOULD READ DESCRIPTION. NEXT, IF YOU DO NOT LIIKE OUR TREE/TREES FINE. RETURN IT NO QUESTIONS ASKED. JUST RETURN IT. BUYER REFUSED TO RETURN THE TREE. WE EVEN OFFERED REPLACEMENT, PHOTOS. STILL REFUSES TO RETURN THE TREE. MONEY COMES BACK AS SOON AS WE SEE TRACKING.

Notified seller that tree received was not the tree that I ordered. Seller replied that a mistake was made In the shipping department and that the correct tree would be shipped. Despite several inquiries on my part and assurances on the from the Seller that the tree was on the way the tree was never received. Now Seller is ignoring my requests for information. Would not recommend doing business with this Seller.

The tree was reshipped at no cost and kept both. Wish buyer would review this remark. Kept both. We did ship a single one. Never asked to return it.
