  Jacket came in perfect condition and timely. Using their size chart, I ordered a jacket that was too big. I contacted the seller to exchange the jacket. They were agreeable but I had to send the jacket back to China instead of the USA return address on the shipping bag. In the alternative, they offered me a new jacket with a 15% discount. Neither was acceptable. I now have a jacket that is too big for my dog and will not purchase a new one from this company.
