  I ordered an "open box" double towel bar. When the item arrived, it was all in good shape except one of the side end pieces was missing. I contacted the seller, and he apologized and said the box should have been inspected before mailing. The seller was quick to find the end piece and overnighted it to me. I appreciate how he addressed the situation and would buy from them again with that kind of customer service. Love the towel bar. Great price and great transaction. Thank you.

  The pendant light arrived in a timely manner and it was in good condition and new as advertised. The size of the pendant diameter was not as advertised, but the seller offered a refund. I think it looks great, so I asked if the seller would refund a portion of the original payment and the seller was agreeable and did so. I had it hung by an electrician and it’s beautiful. Good quality and value. I will look for more items sold by this seller.

  Item was product listed, quick ship & well packaged. Slight communication issue on item listing but seller jumped on it immediately & without question. Difficult to resolve so seller went extra mile & refunded. I appreciate though feel bad that there wasn't a more mutually effective solution. I will gladly buy from seller again - and will watch for other items to help ease the pain of this item. My apologies to seller for tardy feedback... weather, health and life disrupted. Glad to buy again!
