Incycle Bicycles, founded in 1991, believes in harnessing the power of bikes to advance the good in us all by providing exceptional value and service, supporting riders of all levels, and giving back to our communities. We are rider owned and operated with five locations in the greater Los Angeles area. Incycle is dedicated to providing our customers with the best cycling brands in the industry. We operate a business based on passion, fueled by hard work, and fulfilled by the satisfaction of bringing the joy of cycling to everyone!

The story of Incycle started when the founders met while riding mountain bikes in the Southern California foothills. Through their shared passion for bikes, they teamed up to open the first Incycle shop in a small warehouse space in San Dimas, California. More than 30 years later, in addition to our ever-expanding webstore, we also have locations in Pasadena, Chino, Rancho Cucamonga, and Valencia.

    Package arrived in a timely manner. Item was in new condition with tag & manufacturer’s hang tag still attached. The saddle was the correct size. I contacted the seller because the picture said 155 but the description said 168. The seller promptly responded that the item is a 168 mm width & it is. If I had another bike I would get another one. I have saved this seller in case I need or want something else. I would definitely buy from them again & wholeheartedly recommend them.

    Fast shipping and item exactly as described in brand new condition. The product actually came better packaged with more than I expected. All hardware for the shifters were in a sealed compartment of the plastic packaging! Even came with product manuals. Great seller!

    Seller listed item and didn’t have it and waited a couple days to inform me so I sat a few extra days waiting but. The problem is I googled this part and almost bought the same one from their website as it was still listed in stock until I Realized these guys were about to waste my time twice.……. The thinnest margin positive feedback I have ever left. Should be a neutral but they apologized.

    Great experience overall. Bikes shipped quickly and arrived as described in brand new condition. One bike was damaged due to shipping (no fault of the seller), and they sent replacement parts right away.  I will definitely be buying from them again. this was my third purchase from them and it’s a great way to save thousands of dollars.
