I had no problem refunding your item. even if it was due to mail transit damaging the packing. I MESSAGE YOU AND no answer. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Negative feedback was left after messaging seller with damaged item pictures and not receiving a response for 3-4 days. Item was damaged due to poor/inadequate packaging on the sellers part. Seller only responded after negative feedback was left and "item not as described" was initiated.
