  I purchased a soup tureen that unfortunately arrived with a broken under plate that seller immediately refunded that part of my order, but did not have another under plate. She offered to give me a full refund, but I thought I’d try and find a replacement for the broken piece. Wasn’t optimistic though . But, this underplaye was available at a fair price, so kismet.
