  Unfortunately, I got the wrong item. I got a 12 cup instead of a 6 cup. I e-mailed the seller and she responded IMMEDIATELY, not only apologizing but issuing a full refund. I was very disappointed as I needed the part and its very hard to find. However, it was an honest mistake and I am very impressed at her level of customer service and professionalism. Thanks so much!
