  The item was received and packed very well. I knew it was 'used,' but I assumed all things would be working since the listing did not state that they wouldn't. The box states, "Head Turns & Double Arm Motion." It does not do either. What does work, is the music and the candle lights up. I'd like to give credit to the seller for realizing that the cost to ship turned out less than listed and she refunded me the difference.

  I was unaware that the figure was supposed to move around. I issued a full refund when I was told about it & I let the customer keep the item.
