    Received package in tact. Looks ok. The buttoneer was missing the needle guard as stated on the package and only had 23 fasteners should have been 25(2 fasteners per)50 fasteners total and two fasteners were missing 1 each as you can see in the picture, but was sold as unused, so not happy about that especially for the price and shipping costs. And the seller states no returns. I feel this was dishonest and I would not buy or recommend this seller.

    Buyer was offered a 100% refund - twice, but declined. This item looked sealed, so it was an accidental oversight that it was not complete. 28 years on eBay and first negative feedback, so we do a pretty good job in our descriptions and pictures. Please review our other feedback for a realistic view of our descriptions and customer service.
