    The all original resealed package was thoughtfully and carefully shipped for overnight delivery. The new engraver was received the next morning and is "still in the original box" as described. The seller went above and beyond in getting this to me in time to use it in finishing a special gift. A good value on the engraver and invaluable service from the seller.

    We have shopped Ebay for decades. By far, this was the worst buying experience we ever had. Our food processor arrived filthy, disgusting and poorly packed. When we contacted the seller, they were argumentative and combative. We've never before had a problem with an order. Being met with this kind of negativity was uncalled for. I would advise you to think twice before ordering from this seller. If they want to argue instead of stand behind their sales, they are not worth your time or $$.

    Very first response was to offer a return. She proceeded to be extremely hostile and insulting. Customer was fully refunded. My "combative" response was simply trying to understand what the problem was. Also MY worst experience in 25 years selling on eBay. Always happy to make things right, as I always have.

    A very deserved five star rating for the transaction/experience; the unit was shipped very quickly; was packaged very well to prevent any in transit damage; the shipping was more than reasonable ; was actually better than described as these units are prone to some weird problems; worked exactly as it was promised; needed very little care to spruce up.
