Our food processor arrived filthy, disgusting and poorly packed. When we contacted the seller, they were argumentative and combative. We've never before had a problem with an order. Being met with this kind of negativity was uncalled for. I would advise you to think twice before ordering from this seller. She proceeded to be extremely hostile and insulting. Customer was fully refunded. My "combative" response was simply trying to understand what the problem was.
