So I wanted to update my laptop and knew from previous experience with Copps, computers where I wanted to shop. I sent a message to owner Penny with several questions. She got back immediately, with all my answers and also some tips. We exchanged a few more emails and Penny gave me her thoughts on which to buy. She was kind enough to set a few things up for me as I am not computer savvy. It arrived safely, fast and well packaged. So for anyone shopping, her line of computers are a good option.
