    Ordered 1000 magnetic cards they sent blank cards. Not willing to send the correct cards, issued partial refund, lost 94.88 USD for no reason and had to order from an other company. 25 years of using ebay first time rating under 5 starts.

    We fully refunded 100% of the purchase; apparently this was an eBay Global shipment which we didn't realize when product was shipped as we shipped to a US address (the eBay Global facility). Any additional fees were charged/collected by eBay which we had no control. We refunded ALL money received and let the buyer keep the item shipped. We are very sorry for this, we don't ship internationally and didn't realize eBay advertizes and ships globally on its own accord.
