  The card was shipped quickly, was well packed, and arrived safely and on time. I was expecting a video card with one DVI and one VGA connection, but, instead, received one with two VGA connections. I reached out to the seller and they apologized, let me know that they had no additional stock of the item, and offered a partial refund, which I accepted after confirming that the card was functional. While this was a slight disappointment, the customer service and was very much appreciated.
