  I got sent the wrong color couch and the seller told me she had no way of knowing color cause it was a new couch in box-- I found the color written on outside of box. I wanted a refund and she wanted to exchanged, I asked ebay to step in cause I got the run around from seller. I would not recommend this seller honestly. I felt it was her mistake sending wrong color and I bought the correct couch at local store for $20 cheaper.

  Seller is accountable and responsive ensuring prompt resolution to issues but direct shipment to buyer from seller's 3rd party causing delivery of goods delays and unwanted back and forth getting goods as advertised on eBay since first shipment was incomplete forcing me to return it in order to get a new one. I appreciate the fact the seller handled all logistics costs but the fact remains I had to wait over a month before I finally got my goods as advertised by seller:(
