  The listing stated free shipping, but when I checked out, I was charged shipping. Rather than refunding the shipping cost, she cancelled the order without letting me know first. If she had said she couldn't afford the free shipping, she could have let me know before cancelling, and I would have been okay with that, since I had already paid for the item plus shipping. I was unaware of her cancelling the sale, for the reasons of out of stock or damaged, until after the cancelation email from eBay
