  The item arrived broken, with the stem in three pieces. When I contacted the seller, their response was dismissive and unhelpful, suggesting I buy a new stem instead of taking responsibility. After insisting it was broken on arrival, they only offered a return for a refund. Terrible customer service and lack of accountability. Avoid this seller if you want hassle-free purchases!
