  Seller was generous and will work out a deal if you are reasonable. The disc had a few minor scratches, but was properly disclosed in the item description so there's no surprises. The game worked as usual. Shipping took longer than expected. Domestic packages I would expect no longer than one week but this one took about two, which maybe due to Canada Post strikes, but just something to consider.
