    This product has a deceiving advertisement related to the water resistant feature IP68. It’s not as true as what it said on the eBay product description. When I set it up on the top of my fish tank followed manufacturer’s instructions, the water got inside the item after 1 week in service. At first, I and customer service still communicated nicely about the issues. Yet, they kept in silence without any reply after I showed them apparent evidence - low integrity and awful service.

    Was expecting item to be packaged but it was shipped in it’s original box and the box was damaged when I received it. Thankfully the light was not damaged but would suggest the items should be packaged for shipping. The light only had a thin bubble bag around it and definitely could have been damaged in shipping in my opinion. Otherwise I love my new light ! Thank You.
