    I purchased an item that when received was not the same in the picture. When I tried to contact seller about the item they said I was wrong. I sent them pictures and never heard from them again. I proceeded with return. They never sent a return slip. Ebay sent the return slip. Then when they received the item they haven't processed my return or sent refund. I'm still waiting on ebay for my refund almost 30days later. Don't buy from this seller they are not from the USA they are located in China.

    My worst experience on eBay for 13 years. Delay delivery seller do not respond for more than 10 days.  after delay delivery and requesting a return he finally respond but do not agree to at least reduce the price to match one i found after for cheaper and want me to send back for sending back shipping charges.
