This store is actually a blend of two lives and lifestyles . . .
My mom (in the photo) was an ASID designer for many years, based in Newport Beach and San Clemente California. She loved quality furnishings and interesting accessories, with a special affinity for Asian pieces. She surrounded herself with Baker, Dunbar and Marbro, punctuated with Qing dynasty and Meiji, along with a nice sampling of oils and lithographs from California artists.
I'm a lifelong horse owner/breeder/exhibitor and, other than the years spent in my wonderful big Victorian, I've lived a cottage/farmhouse lifestyle. I've moved into a much smaller home and have no room for many of my furniture pieces, prints and accessories.
