    Had an issue where the item in the box was not the same as the box description. I do not believe it was the seller's fault as there would be no way to know without inspecting inside the box.     The York AC Condenser arrived promptly at a reputable freight company in Boise and the pickup went smoothly. The condenser is exactly as described in the listing and appears to be in excellent, unused condition. The gal at the freight company commented on how well the items were packed for shipment. Other than a few tiny scratches and a few minor deflections in the cooling fins, I see no damage of any kind. High quality for a very reasonable price, I am extremely pleased with this purchase.

    These guys are awesome! The unit showed up packed better than anything I have ever seen! Was exactly as described and was an absolute bargain. It is a really good heat pump. The only thing that was wrong was that the air handler had been damaged internally some how. No idea how, as it was packed beyond perfect. Maybe a screw up at the factory? Either way, it was not too hard to remove the blower and straighten it out. HVAC Direct also gave me a credit that was much appreciated!

    Great seller. Put together a custom package at a great price. Worked with me on the price. Responded quickly. Shipped quickly and used a great carrier for delivery of my heat pump. Please do not hesitate to contact them and ask questions. Hope I don’t need a heat pump for a long time, but if I do, or know someone who does I will high recommend!!
