  I thought there was a problem with two of the vests the switches were froze up I contacted them they were going to ship me two more but when I woke up in the morning they both worked I think it was the deal with the vacuum sealing I had a very positive experience with this company they were nothing but helpful and very polite will do business with them in the future thank you
