  Shortly after placing my order the seller messaged me asking what CPU I was using to confirm compatibility with the motherboard. The package arrived within the estimated time frame and was delivered to my front door. Included in the package was the motherboard and the IO shield. The description said there would be no CMOS battery included, however mine did come with one on the motherboard and it still has charge. Very pleased with this transaction as it was cheaper than the one Newegg.

  Motherboard war sehr gut verpackt. Verpackung kam in Österreich ohne eine einzelne Beschädigung an. Hab Batterie in das Board eingesetzt-eingebaut und ohne Probleme benutzen können. Es war also alles wie beschrieben. Verkäufer hatte sie nach dem Kauf bei mir gemeldet und hat mich paar Fragen gestellt um sicher zu gehen das ich das richtige motherboard bestellt habe.   The shipping took a while but the seller was clear about that and so that was no problem. The motherboard was in a lot of packaging and was secure. There was absolutely nothing wrong with the motherboard and they even updated the BIOS for me. Should I buy another item from this seller, I would have no hesitation in buying such an item.   Communication with the seller was good but the wrong product was sent. Received an older x370 board over the ordered b450. A partial refund was given but did take over a week to do. May consider purchasing from them again as the board was functional, clean, and packaged safely. Ultimately was usable.
